I think because im in vancouver (canada) its not as hard? to find the hlsd. I dunno really, thats just my guess. As for trade I got 31,000 for mine and paid almost msrp 38,000 for the 2k2. Diff of 7,000 cdn = 4300 usd @1.62 exchange rate. My trade was a full load leather, roof everything and thats what i got in the 2k2 plus the new extras.
Of course no nav as its not avaliable here.

What a difference in canadian markets! I just signed for my 2002 hlsd-equipped SE also, and paid $35900. This is in Montreal.
