My second set of oem pads are on their last legs. I'm am trying to decide between Axxis ultimate pads and Panther Plus pads. Anyone here have either of these? Likes? Dislikes? Suggestions?

I talked to the Carbotech people today and the guy I spoke with said that the Panther Plus pads make a loud squeeking noise at slow stops when cold. Has anyone here experienced this? I think I will end up with the Axxis because they are cheaper and dont make noise. I drive like a maniac when there is open freeway ahead, but I do a lot of normal street driving too. Are the Panther Plus pads worth it?!
