Believe it or not, I used my trusty tripod and a big YELLOW bungie cord. It took a little while to get everything secure and wedged into place. As you can see, once I did, it didn't move anywhere.

Pat is the almighty ghetto driver (or thuggish driver)... he pimps the ladies while racing.

Working a corner when he drives by, you can hear him shout to the ladies: "Whassup baabbbbay!"

That's a pretty steady video... i'm really surprised how well it held in place. Especially how it was anchored.

By the way, did you have a hard time with the slalom on the return, how it was a decreasing distance slalom...

good vid

Pat, that idiot Phatguy said we should race, since he's too afraid to race me.

So, the details are...
March 9th, the LVMS is having a Test-n-tune. There's gonna be a handful of guys out there, I'll be out there around 8:30ish.

Let me know. Or email me, i don't have your email and the posted email comes back odd.

WHICH idiot Phatguy? There are SO many...
You mean, my buddy with the Mustang GT?

I don't mind running you at the LVMS. But, I don't do so well with the biga$$ chromies. You know that!!!
And with 15" track tires, I'm still in the 14s. So, why do you want to race me?

Don't you remember...straights are for fast cars!

Let me know...

next event is next Sunday...it'll be across from the speedway.

oh, Pat, you missed the drag races today.

14.902@93mph with crappy 2.399 60' was my best (mind you, this is at 2200ft altitude).

Aaron ran a 12.60@113mph with his Z...and good 1.9 60' (he coulda been faster).

Hey you stupid ***** let me remind you I live in Canada!
Race adman at the track, on the street, high speed run etc.. I bet he destroys you especially on the highway! At least his car still has a maxima engine and 90% stock parts. Lets not forget 4 doors and not a phag color and still rape your rice rocket "wannabe" POS.

For as light as your car is and as many mods it has the best you can do is a ~2.4 60ft and 93mph trap? You would get smoked on the highway by a bpu 5spd maxima! Especially when the max winds out 4th gear! SMOKED!

Oh, you're canadian. That explains EVERYTHING now.

Race adman at the track, on the street, high speed run etc.. I bet he destroys you especially on the highway!
Who knows...

At least his car still has a maxima engine and 90% stock parts. Lets not forget 4 doors and not a phag color and still rape your rice rocket "wannabe" POS.
Let's see, I have a CRX engine (B16A1 was offered in the Japanese CRX SiR), I have a 1.6L 4 cylinder with a whopping 111ft-lbs of torque to the CRANK. I have 95% stock parts on the engine.

Wait, since when did stock mean better?

Yellow is a "phag" (is that a canadian way of spelling?)? Damn those yellow vettes, ferraris, Lambos, audis, IS300s, etc etc etc. I always thought pink and purple were "Phaggish".

Rape my "rice rocket"? First, Maxima = japanese import. So, it's just as much as a "rice rocket" as my CRX. Second, he has an Automatic. Who has the fastest 00-01 Automatic with y-pipe/intake?

You tend to speak more fantasy than reality.

For as light as your car is and as many mods it has the best you can do is a ~2.4 60ft and 93mph trap?
- 1/16" toe-out for front alignment.
- 1/16" toe-in for rear alignment.
- absent front sway bar.
- FWD and 111ft-lbs of torque.
- a guy who can't launch his car.
- and 2200ft altitude.

Now, looking over that, I was really happy to do that well. At sea level, that's probably a solid mid 14second run with the suspension as is.

You would get smoked on the highway by a bpu 5spd maxima! Especially when the max winds out 4th gear! SMOKED!
BPU? Can you please try avoiding using SUPRA terms when describing your MAXIMA. Hell, most of the MK3 Supra guys don't even call their basic modded Supra "BPU"...I really hope you don't think your Maxima is on par with a Supra?

And so far, I haven't been beaten by a Maxima. Not saying i won't... i'm sure I will one day. But until then, my "POS" CRX is still beating 00-01 Maximas with y-pipe/intake...at drag racing, autocross, and road racing. Pat is getting closer though.

Phatguy, before you reply, PLEASE read up on suspension design and applications. Also, please look into race suspensions and compare them to a drag race suspension. Finally, go visit your local track (drag strip and road course) a couple of times. Your ignorance of racing will be vastly deluded once you gain some real experience, other than those magazines you tend to read and sticking to Maxima.org to gain all of your worldly knowledge.

It's the third funniest thing you can do in a car.
what's the first two?
- Road racing
- rally cross

I don't think he did. The webmaster of lvrscca.org most likely editted it. She did the same with my video (also on the same site). His music is MUCH better than mine. But, hey, we're getting free hosting.

Yo ADMAN,

Nice video! I really love that the car seemed to have zero body roll. What kinda springs and shocks combo are you using.

Also, can you share where you got those wiper blades with the 3 little blades.

thanx

GC over custom struts...difficult to explain.

wiper blades with the 3 little blades.
Got several sets long time ago. I think they still sell them in Japan.
Which means, you should be able to get them at Pep Boys...in the Rice Isle!
