has anyone out there had a shift kit and/or aftermarket torque converter installed in their Y2K MAX A/T? If so, who makes them and how are they? Any QTR mile times before/after?

I know people here have sent their transmission valve bodies of for work, but, to my knowledge, nobody has done it themselves. I want to do it myself.

I did some diggin' and found there is a shift kit for a 2K max. Below is the information obtained from The Transmission Exchange (http://www.txchange.com) when I inquired with them. Further research tells me the kit is made by Raybestos. Some drilling of the valve body may be required/needed (from another source):
