I know, I must be an idiot or something. I got the fender protector out of the way (should it come all the way off?), but now what? I have no idea what to do next in there. Does the whole assembly have to come out throught the front? I removed the screw on the bottom of the assembly, but it still didn't really budge! Do I just diconeect the wire harness from the inside by squeezing it somehow? I don't want to push or pull on anything and break something. I really want to do this myself and anyone who can give me better instructions I would appreciate the help. I searched some old posts but it still didn't click in my head!

Thanks!

If you have taken the bottom screw out of the headlight assembly, all you have to do is to push it out (slightly), disconnect the harness and change the bulb.

I had to tap the assembly lightly with a hammer to loosen it.

There are numerous posts on this subject, if you click search, above.

push it hard. it's pretty scary, but nothing will break. just make sure one hand is out to catch the fog light assembly. you might want to put a towel and sometype of cushioning to break its fall if somehow you miss the assembly and it falls, jus to be safe of course. PEACE

OK, thanks for the reassurance guys. I'll try again in the morning. I gotta do this for sure, because now they look yellow compared to the PIAA Plasmas I put in the headlights!

I was actually thinking about getting the bright yellow bulbs for the fogs (like Lexus uses). I like the way those look.

Just a thought I had about the fogs and putting in the HID-looking bulbs: Most HID-fitted cars don't have HID fogs. (Aren't they almost always halogen?) So if you put lights in the fogs that match the psuedo-HID look of the headlights, doesn't it make the car look less HIDish?
