Do I have to re-aim the headligths?

I've just installed H4 aftermarkets bulbs (PIAA Super White). The color is ok, installation done like I was a cardiac surgeon, but when driving at nigth, I feel like the low beams (High beams are ok) are just shooting too low

Is it only a wrong impression, or am I right?

Unless you lowered your car, you shouldn't need to reaim your headlights. Maybe your mind is playing tricks on you.

Could it be because these H4 are whiter, so our eyes do not see the difference?

Maybe. I noticed that the beams were whiter (not dimmer or aimed too low) when I had PIAA Super White bulbs.
