I picked up my 6 speed with HLSD last Saturday and a couple days later noticed the grill is different than other 02s. Instead of the brushed aluminum look on the two wide horizontal bands mine is just plain medium gray plastic. Does this grill come with the HLSD like the drilled metal pedals? Has anyone else gotten this grill?

 

im not sure if i can picture the difference in my head. all 2002 maximas SHOULD have the same grill. i guess its possible yours may have skipped a coloring process in production but i wouldnt put my money on it.

ps. i got my grill painted body color today (monday) and im picking it up tomorrow. maybe thats an option for you if you dont like how yours looks. ill post pictures.

 

I went with the Glacier White color so this different grill looks just fine. In fact I kind of like the idea. I was just trying to determine if it was some kind of mistake.
