Does anyone have pictures (and thoughts) of black floormats in a frost interior? My frost mats don't fight stains very well, and I'm considering a color change. Did this on my BMW with pearl beige interior and it looked great. Thanks.

Buy a cheapo plastic Walmart set, ride around with them for a bit and see for yourself...

If the first minute you put 'em in you don't like em, just return to Walmart...

If you do like 'em get a good set and keep those to put over your goods ones on bad weather days, days you take it to the shop, etc.

no problem...I find while pictures can give 'an idea' of what something will look like, there is nothing to compare to actually seeing, and sometimes living with, something before a decision is made....so much the better if the decision is a relatively minor one like this which can be changed back so easily...

 

Here's an idea. Take a photo of your interior then photoshop those mats to black

I can do it for you if you want. I have a Frost interior.

 

I have a black AE with the frost leather interior. It is rainy here from late fall thru early spring. My wife suggested getting an extra set of the special AE floor mats in black, so we did. We got the matching frost mats with the car. The reason was that the black would not show soil as much thru the winter. In late spring I change over to the frost ones. Anyway, I don't have a scanner, but I can tell you that the black floor mats look great with the frost interior.

 

I have the frost interior with black maxima all season mats. They look good to me and fit perfectly. These mats are really good and they protect my carpet.

 

I have the all-season rubber mats with frost interior as well. They cost about $50, well worth it.

 

I have a set of high quality cannon car mats in my car. They sell for $80 for 4 and can be found in any car magazine. They've saved the carpet many times.
