New Best Time!

I just came back from import night at the track and I got 6 runs in.

Best Run:

R/T .594
60' 2.36
330' 6.508
1/8 9.875
MPH 72.85
1000' 12.784
1/4 15.232
MPH 92.42

3 15.3's
1 15.4
1 15.5

Best R/T .510 (Ran 3 others in the .5's and 1 at .632)

you could get an even better time if you just work on those 60's. maybe even break into the 14s with a 2.2 60'

I tried all night! I don't think the light off and on drizzle at the track was helping though.

The last time I went to the track I was trying soo hard that I broke a motor mount.

I really just need someone to go in on a set of 15" wheels with some NITTO DR's, and then I would be able to get into the 14's I think.

maybe you're launching too high. next time you go try to launch it kind of conservatively so you get tons of traction then when you're moving a bit start to floor it..

they say every tenth off your 60' is good for two tenths at the end of the track...

Very true, I went from a 15.38 to a 15.23 by reducing my 60' from 2.44 down to 2.36. So .08 off of my 60' net me .15 off the top end.
