HID's on Fogs?
I've been wondering, I know it can be done, but I need someone to install cheap...Anyone around North Jersey know how to install for a reasonable price, I can get the HID system for cheap(around 250).

I think Hogan (yo_its_ok) had HID H3 fogs. He's in NY I think.
