Wassup from Australia!!!!

Hey Guys....Just a newbie saying hi and congratulating you guys on
compiling such a comprehensive source of information for the MAX!!

Also, I just completed the "all powerful" OSCAI over the weekend using 3" PVC tubing & a custom "bellmouth" end to collect the air...All I can say is WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! Pictures will be up soon....

Welcome. I visited Australia (Melbourne/Victoria) a couple of years ago. It appears to me that you guys can enjoy your cars a lot better than I can here in New York. Loved the roads - and everything else too!.

Welcome aboard! Do you have any pics of your car? I wonder if it looks any different than the US version.

Thanx for the welcome guys....

Y2KMaxGXE-R, The new LS1 6 speed SS commodores are real hard to beat!! Even the new WRX's have trouble keeping up!

HEHEHEHE It's G'day, not "good day" but no one I know says that around here.

emax95, the power rating on the VQ30DE down here is 157KW which I think is about 220HP...but it still isn't enough!!

I haven't had time to take pictures of my ride, but here are a few pictures from around the net..
BTW check out that nasty number plate box...that was the first thing I took off the car!!

Yeah, that's the Infiniti i-30 layout. Looks nice, though. I've heard you can get 'em with 2.0s in Europe (yuck).

Welcome mate! Hope you have fun here. I'd like to visit Australia soon, but I'm afraid it's going to be a one-way trip. I have a friend that moved there & he's been busting my chops to move there too...

I couldn't find a croc, so here's an Australian barking bat...

Later,
G
