Anyone have experience ordering from eatricezone.com ?

I am going to get the stillen rotors and pads from them if they're legit and don't have many complaints.

Thanks for your feedback.

That brake deal is a hell of a good price IMO. I'd personally never buy x-drilled rotors, but for those who fancy them, that is a great purchase.

Cross drilled rotors have a much greater tendency to warp... they can eat away at your brake pads a lot quicker as well. All which could end up costing you a lot more money if you are buying them to strictly replace what you have for everyday use. I'd only put them on a car I would race often.

I bought my still cross-drileld rotor brake upgrade kit for my 5thgen from him. It got drop-shipped direct from Stillen. Everything came. Except my rear brake pads were for a 4thgen instead for a 5thgen.

Your reaosning differs from what I've read

Hmmmmm whom to believe ????

From KVR's site:
Cross Drilled Discs offer an enhanced initial bite (more responsive, especially in wet weather) and greater heat dissipation (reduction in heat induced fade - "brake fade") as compared to O.E.M.. They also will last up to twice as long as O.E.M. rotors (depending on your braking style), with 40% Better Cooling, 20% better stopping, improved wet braking, reduces rotor warpage, less brake fade and longer life

Phuong is great, got my intake and rear sway from him.

I met him a while back when the DC group met up at EIP Tuning in MD for a dyno/BBQ meet. He's a really nice guy, and will always get my business for anything I purchase that he sells.

I will probably get brakes from him soon if I don't sell the POS. 2 sets of rotors in 34k mi. is inexcusable poor quality, just like the power seat motor, fuel cut issue, variable intake problem, strut noises, interior rattles, paint durability, and the strange ticking noise I hear now occasionally when accelerating. All this in the first 34,000 miles, don't know if I want to stick it out to see what the next 30k mi. has in store for it.

Anyway, sorry for the rant, Phuong is cool, buy your stuff from him.

I tend to believe real life experiences from car enthuasists over a companies OWN website. They obviously are trying to sell their product. I never said that cross drilled rotors are bad, though IMO they are a little expensive and impratical for daily road use. As for your quote:

"They also will last up to twice as long as O.E.M. rotors (depending on your braking style" .... well hell if you never use the brakes and never go above 35 mph.... any brakes will last a long time. Also, when there are cooler/hotter spots in a rotor due the the cross drilling, the variation can lead to more warping/cracking. Im not saying I am right and you are wrong, because thats not an issue. Im just pointing out that someone shouldn't dish out a lot of money expecting to get rotors that are going to be 100% reliable on the road.

as long as the xdrilled rotors are broken in properly, lugs are torqued to proper specs (72-87 lb ft, criss cross fashion), and aren't overly abused, they are not prone to cracking. It's not to say that cracking/warping won't occur, but it's usually not the case. Tons of people on both the Z and Maxima forum (along with other car forums) have used xdrilled rotors w/o any problems.

Damn, Sprung. And I thought I was having all the fun!

Well I had a couple of problems you didn't mention . . . leaky ignition coils and bumper scratches. But my Maxima is still fun to drive, so I think I'll keep it for, say, another 100,000 miles or so before I get rid of it.
