I bought mine out the door with little options for $23,850 last month (this includes all dealer preps/destination etc), I did not use the dealer rebate, instead got the .09% financing. Last week I got a email from my dealer saying that they were now selling them $2000 below invoice (I don't know if that included the rebate or not) so as a minimum you should get the car out the door exluding local taxes for $21,850-$22,850 range. (I'm going down this week to see what I can get.. thinking of getting another Max for my wife..automatic for her though)

I wished I lived in your area...that's a very good price. The invoice price for a base model is $23,411. I'll be visiting a couple of dealerships this weekend. I hope I can get a good deal...
