Agx=lower

I have noticed my car is more lowered than when i had TOKICO/EIBACH setup. Just wanna spread the word around that this setup if installed correct rides nice. The mod version seems to be a shorter strut/shocks so the spring goes down a little lower. I love it. Those who did the same please comment..

If not, how many fingers does she fit front AND rear?

i didn't measure it yet, but am sure she is lower . i can see it. i will have pics soon. those who plan to get agx should stay with the mod version, because it's lower. the 5th gen one might be longer like the factory size..

Definitely post those pics. However, a measurement(ruler or simply number of fingers) to go with the pics is VERY helpful.

How EVEN is the drop between the front and rear?

Thanks.

Hopefully not more than a couple in either place...

I have the KYB AGX's and H&R Springs, and I noticed a bit of a drop when the AGX's got installed too. I'd say about 2 fingers. Just right...

Clarification please. You are saying that the KYB AGXs lower the car a bit more than the Eibachs or H&Rs did? Was this in the front only? If so that would explain the 1/4" or so Cattman said I'd need to grind off the front strut mount. This is good to know because with Eibach + stock shocks now running the tire-wheel well space space is not even between the front and rear. To correct this I was going to remove a 1/4 coil from the front, now I'll wait until after I see how the AGXs change things; hopefully they'll even the space. Thanks.

Ya 2-fingers would be nice.

Got pics? How much difference between front and rear gap?

Thanks.

Hey Guys, I need help with these Dampners. I want to buy them, but Cattman isent responding to me. What do I need to order? I want to know what they have changed. Do the back just slide in like OEM. Can they be adjusted after installation, without having to lift the car. Please help.

Mine is working fine and lowered nice. All you need to do is to machine off half CM from the upper strut assembly unit(spindle in the center). I took mine to a machine shop and paid $10 bucks to have exactly half CM machined off on each spindle for the front upper strut unit , so that the nut can catch on the strut spindle. There was a guy in here who explained what he did and i followed his idea. I prefer the machine shop than the grinder, because you want everything to be exact fit and nice. The rear shocks is kinda tight when you put on the Eibachs. I had called Cattman and spoke with someone and they said to put the spring on and the weight of the car will push it down on the shock seat. I did and it's not all the way down yet, but it's getting there. I just need to ride with a few overweight people in the back seat and ride a a few bumps in NYC for it to settle. I'm getting pics soon to post.

Well they might work perfect with another spring, but with my eibachs they were tight. I think progress or maxspeed springs might work best. Just to remind you, these are the 4th gen rears shocks. I don't think KYB release the 5th gen ones yet. That's why they called these the MOD VERSION, but i like them. They are lower. The real one might not be so low. It might have the same size as your stock ..am just guessing, but i might be correct....wait and you will find out, but if i was you i would get the mod version, it's just a little of work, but it worth it. Come drive my car and you will find out...

Dood, these are 4th Gen modded struts/shocks, they cant just slip in on a 5th Gen, you need to do minor work to them, but i have seen Deven2kStickMax's car since we live 3 minutes away from each other. The car is definitely lower.... the little dial is what makes the difference. Personally i'll wait for the AGX's to come out with a legit version for the 5th Gen. Until then, its TOKICOS! BABY!
