Custom Catback ?.....

Ok. I have made the decision to get a custom catback. I have the project narrowed down to a few local places. What can I expect to pay for this. I dont need a muffler, which is why I'm going the custom - way. I like my powertech. What size exhaust should I go to, I would like stainless, but I really dont need it. I didnt use it in my Stang, and the exhaust lasted for years !! What can I expect to pay for this ? ....HELP..any suggestions..

That depends on several factors.

First, I'd recommend that you run 2.5" diameter piping. If you go with crush-bent aluminized steel, a B-pipe should run you $75.00 to $100.00. If you want to install a mandrel-bent aluminized steel exhaust instead, add another $50.00. Finally, if you want to install a resonator, a Magnaflow will cost another $80 to $100. So you're looking at low of $75.00 to a high of $250.00 depending upon the options you select.

Have fun!

If you run 2.5" piping, you'll have to replace your resonator if you choose to run one at all. I'd suggest you start without it. You can always add it later if your exhaust turns out to be too loud to suit you.
