Amazing... another "sprinted" run with a Porsche yesterday.... Carrera this time

Same situation as on Wednesday but this time the guy was behind me (edit--- run with Turbo version: http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?threadid=114931 ).

Both of us changed into the carpool lane and take off simultaneously (carpool doesn't start until 3 PM). He was about 2 cars back. For a while he was with me, but after that I just pulled on him. By the time he stopped, he was about 4+ cars behind me so I pulled about 2 cars on him up to 120.

He was driving pretty aggresively before the run... cutting in and out of traffic without signaling. Luckily, he ended up behind me.

Why am I getting so many races? Maybe it's the wheels...

your car is slow. Your rims are rice, that is why people want to race you.

Sweet. Not bad for a four door family sedan.

Kev you would lay waste to a Carrera 2 or 4 996 or not on a roll easily at those speeds! Your putting out more or close to more HP to the wheels than most Carreras are at the crank! They must be going WTF when you pull on them.

Whats next? Boxter S gonna get smoked? Normal Boxters must be a joke on the highway.

The Ford Bronco II is the epitome of pure speed. Lets see you try to take out one of these on the highway Kev:

Too bad you two couldn't get side by side and hit it at the same time. Now that would be a real race. Why don't you try that next time Kev, try to "initiate" a race with them. That would be cool.

Without a doubt he would pull away (he has more traction), but I should be able to catch up by 3rd... maybe 4th.
