Has anyone tried to put a 2000/2001 stock exhuast tip on the 2002 exhaust? I figure you would have to take off the chrome slips and just slide the new tip over the 2 pipes, but I am not positive. Anyone got any info on that or tried it? I really like the look of the loop tip.

I actually took my loop off and replaced it with two individual chrome tips because I didn't like the loop look. I can tell you that that loop tip is on there tight. The guy at the muffler shop had to pry it off with a crow bar. I am pretty sure thought that it is the same two pipes coming out of the muffler on both the 2k and 2k2 models. It just might take a little work to get them swapped out.
