Anyone know how to get rid of the wholes in front of the 2k2 maxima that used to be the license plates screw? please let me know how or where to buy plugs?

If you look at my profile, and the pictures, I had a Laser Cut Chrome Yankees license plate on the front, till I visited the movies yesterday and it got STOLEN ! Now I also have 2 HOLES TO PLUG !

 

Well even plugs are not going to match up that good. Even if you find a flat plug that fits beautifully, you are going to need to paint them to match the color of the car. Unless you have a black car.

I had this problem too so i took my touchup paint and painted the white license plate plugs inside out and all around to match my car. Looks pretty descent actually. Better then 2 big white dots on the front bumper.

 

Is there any sort of liquid filler that should be used? Bondo? I bought my car in California and I have two decent sized holes drilled in the front from the plate. I hate them.......

 

I had the same problem. Go to home depot or other major hardware supply store and go to the nuts and bolts section. Here they usually have drawers full of odd shaped stuff. You pull out the drawers and they are all partitioned with different plastic parts, hooks, anchors etc. In one of them, youll find a little white (white is the only color I could find) plug, they come in pairs. I dont know what they are made for, but they work great on my car. You push them into the holes and they stay put.
