Wierd 2k2 Bose Problem

Wierd 2k2 Bose Problem
I'm driving along in my 2K2 with the radio on (Bose), and go over
a double set of railroad tracks around 25 mph. All of a sudden, the radio switches over to another station...then a few seconds later...to a CD. Wierd.
So I change the station back to what I originally wanted using the headunit controls. Less than a minute later, the station is automatically changes again to the second bank of presets... and it continues to act like this intermittently for the next 10 minutes...meanwhile, the steering wheel radio controls don't do jack anymore...and the radio seems to switch calm down a bit and "just" change the stations when I go over a bump...
Anyways, shut the car off, restart 30 seconds later, and everything seems to be working again, including the steering wheel controls. .
This happen to anyone else? If it was a loose connection, wouldn't it stay loose?
