17" vs. 18" rims

anybody know how 18" rims would look on a maxima ..?? would they be too big for the car??
should i just stick with 17"..? how would 18" feel if the car was dropped.?

Every other person on this site has 18's, well almost. Half of them are viewable in their sigs. The others have pics on their homepages.

18's look fine. They will not be to big, people have 20's. Should you stick with 17's well that would depend. 18 would feel fine if your Max was lowered.

At the top of the site is a search section, use it you will see hundreds of posts on rims.

Get 18s

If u go with a soft tire in 245/40/18 you won't feel any harsher ride.
And as long as you won't get deep dish rims the 18s look big enough.
I think.
Feel free to check out my homopage.

I think if you went 235 or 245 tires that would fill in the gap completely. But the car looks hot. Love the chrome rims.

Would it really help in filling in the gap more?? that would be cool, that is the only thing that I dont really like.. It makes it seem as if i never even dropped the car.. Thanks for the advice..

My pleasure. I never dropped the car and the 18s with 245s filled in the gap. And now people ask me all the time if i lowered it.
Good luck and 245s or even 235s will make the difference, and besides i feel a lot more secure and safe with more tire over my chrome rims.
peace
