Hi, I wanna put some nice hyperwhite bulbs in my rear turn signals. I live in NY and i know its illegal. I just keep seeing these M3z and other bimers with those slighltly bluish turn signals and it looks hot. I just have a question when a cop pulls me over, does he give me the type of ticket that if i change it back and go to court i get it dismissed? Or do i have to pay the fine regardless.
