Who will win....

My friend has a 98 prelude AUTOMATIC with headers/exhaust/intake and I have a 2000 max 5 speed. Who will win, we are going to race at some track, and don't want to make a fool out of myself cause we have to drive 30 minutes to get there. I am a good shifter and he has been making fun of my max calling it the grocery getter and asking if I can take his lil brother to soccer practice and all, so he needs to get beat bad. If i would loose what type of mods would I need to beat him? Tried search couldnt find anything relating to an automatic.
