what's in your trunk??

I may be one of the few here who can actually USE thier trunk because it's not filled with audio equipment!

but what I do have is:
a two ton hydraulic jack (got tired of scraping my knuckles the first time I used the cheap one that comes with all vehicles)

a 12 volt impact wrench (same as above)

a free air subwoofer which hangs from the rear deck (leaves sooo much room)

gas can, cables, flashlight, and a fullsize spare

I'd rather be prepared...there are doing alot of road work around my way

I also have the nifty trunk organizer from nissan

check out my webpage ....finally done!!

California car duster, collapsable X-lug wrentch, clean rags/Quick detailer, sodder gun(haven't gotten around to taking it out, it's been 6months!), liter of water, Star Wars or Heman kiddy sheet for covering the seats whenever I haul cargo, and a bunch of other BS I don't remembers back there.

BTW, soon to be an Infinity BassLink. Just won it on ebay for $199.95+$19.95 shipping! Finally, a little bass.

Here's what I have in my trunk.

nothing.

I dont like to carry stuff because it sifts around make annoying noises.. but I would like to have that trunk net and organizer from Nissan..

But when my trunk gets loaded up, it gets loaded up.
I routinely used to carry 200lbs of rice (4 x 50lb bags), and lots of other stuff.

Usually like a hammock across the whole trunk to keep it untangled. When I use it, it depends on the shape of the thing I am trying to 'tie down'. Most of the time the trunk is empty

the free air sub fits in the exact same spot that Bose does...the free air is a 10 inch...and does not drop down so far to impede the closing of the trunk....it has a nice sound...and once i dynomat the dang trunk...I will have my "box"

...

Most of the times, I drive around with most of the crap (if not all) I am about to mention below. Yes all of it in the trunk.

- One Sony DCR-PD150 & One DCR-TRV900 3CCD Camcorder (w/Lenses/Boom mics/Lights)
- Four Sony NP960 15hour Battery Packs
- One Sony MiniDisk recorder w/two different MICs
- One (Tripod Mountable) AirCam 2.5 Camera Crane
- Two Bogen 3221W tripod legs plus Bogen 3433 pan heads.
- Two 13" Sony Video Monitors
- One Yamaha EF1000 Power Generator
- One Sima Power Inverter (When running off of Cars Battery or the battery pack below)
- One Ghetto 12V Battery Pack (Two Car Batteries)(Not Always)
- Two Ghetto 12V Lights w/stands (Customised Cheap Tripods)
- Four Motorola Two-way Radios
- Colapsable Monitor Rack
- Two Maglites
- Two Rain Coats
- Two Water resistant (Not water proof) Camera covers
- Part of a (one) licensed small arm for protection is in the trunk.
- One Baseball bat

and believe me after getting done loading all this crap, it dont look pretty. Less then half of the stuff (but the most expensive) is inside an actual heavy duty aluminum case, the rest is just in soft cases. Only sometimes I wish I had the ability to purchase a Pathfinder.

oh well I like the maxima.

Yeah, I like things ORGANIZED... Besides when driving home with the groceries, I don't like them to slide around so much.. Of course, I could always ease around the corners, and slowly accelerate/brake, but that's no fun!!!
