whats up everyone. I have a question, i have a 2k2 and im not satisfied with the quality of the bose system(especially the rattling subwoofer). Anyway i have the nav and i noticed a din sized face would fit perfectly. If i replace the face would it improve the sound quality and can the cd changer be hooked up to the new face(im looking at the new pioneer faces). any feedback would help

 

Swap out the speakers first. If you still don't like how it sounds then swap out the headunit.

 

any recomendations on speakers, also what size are they, and does anyone know how i can stop that damm subwoofer from rattling

 

..came out of an high end infinity set up 360w, 11 speaks in 9 locations with 3 band eq and spatial imaging and all I get from the Bose is boomy mush....I can't get clear mid or crisp highs - is this what you hear also?? Any one else??

 

Some people have posted instructions with pics on how to stop the rear deck from rattling. If you do a search, I'm sure that you will find it. I don't remember who did the instructions, or I would tell u.
