My new wheels- Gouged!

I had my new rims put on today and when I got home I noticed a deep gouge about three inches long on the lip. The shop obviosly did it, and I called the owner (who is a total d*ckhead) and he told me to bring it back it. They are obviously going to deny it, so what do I do? These things are brand friggin new!

Try talking to them in a calm tone and explain that the rims were brand new before they touched them and see if they will buy you a new rim and if that doesnt work i have a friend named 9mm that always gets the job done

Sorry to hear about the wheels, I agree with jhans114 on what you should do except for the 9mm part. There looking good though.

Alright I guess I panicked for no reason. The owner told me that they will fix it. BUT they have to ship it out to be remachined!

Thanks. I'm about to post more pics of them on my homepage. They are a machined face but half of the lip and the inner part of the wheels are silver. I paid $150 a pop for an 18x7.5. Whalentire.com. I LOVE THEM.
