i got an appointment with the dealer next tues. to get my 2k1 appraised...hopefully they will give me a good price..than i will trade in for a 2k2 6 speed...i'm thinking of selling it privately also...
anything i should know about before bringing my car in for appraisal..??..should i remove any mods..??

 

Remove ALL your mods. Not worth anything on a trade.

 

Don't forget to take some lube with you

Sometime last month I went to a local dealer to trade my car in for a base 2K2 6speed. I have a 01 Superblack SE fully loaded with only 2,800miles at that time and they were only willing to give me $17,000 for it. I said "hell no" and walked out. I am currently selling my car privately, which I suggest you do, because I'll end up getting thousands more.

Not worth selling it..just hold onto it. Plan on losing a lot of cash. Whats going to happen next year?? Are you going to trade the 2k2 in for a Z or the G35 coupe?
