2k2 Dyno numbers

Got the ol Max dynoed today, I will post the graphs as soon as I figure out how. For the record I have a home made intake and a powertech muff. The temp was about 95deg during the pull, made runs in 3rd and 4th gear, they were identical.

209.5 hp
223.2 tq

I'm hoping that in cooler weather I could get 220 out of it, it is hot as hell here today

Those #'s are SAE corrected right? if so the temp won't matter, if anything I think when you dyno in cold weather it over corrects your #'s. At like 58 F out side my max put down 221.2 FWHP, after the correction it came out a hair under 214.7. I don't think my car would lose 7 FWHP becuase of 12 degrees.

yea but over here during the summer, daytime its always above a 100, there is a 1% drop in power for ever 10 degrees of heat, so i say those #'s are about right. but winter its sweet here, its like 30 something in the mornings, my car ran harder stock then it did after i put the intake in about a month ago.

There is no corrections for heat soak, you can have the car sitting out side for 2 hours like I did, and when you start it up, the temp gauge goes right up. Truth is, a cold motor will make more power than a hot one. On another note, my buddy's 99 SE-L with a Vortech, and a dry shot made 342 hp and 312 tq.
