3k Miles and In the Shop
Lost my car for the last two days. CEL reads for the 3rd time misfire on cylinder 2 and some type of faulty emissions/gas cap leak. They replace my #2 plug and coil and now have the "charcoal" filter on backorder that must be replaced for emissions. The Nissan service manager was typical of Nissan reps, rude and condescending. They worked on my car for a total of 2hrs max and managed to adjust my radio, my seats, leave both seat heaters on, screw with my mirrors, and scarth my clear car bra. I love Nissan let me tell you.

sorry to hear about this...I think they adjust all ur electric setting b/c they have to disconnected the power for repair....in that case, u will lost all ur previous setting to ur radio, seat, mirror. I think ur butt warmers were on is b/c they did some electric work and they were testing it see if all the applications were functioning.
but once they scratch something....that's a big issue. Just do ur revenge when u receive the customer satisfication survey...they would lose 500 annually if they were marked off on the survey.

Dealers suck. And it's not just Nissan. Had a similar bad experiences with Toyota when I had a supra.
You want good dealership experience?? Get an Infiniti, Acura, Lexus, Mercedes, BMW etc. You gots to pay now for good customer service.
