I hit 135 on the way home from the dealer the night that I got my car. Had it up to 130 about a week later, and I've been more sane since then.

I've seen LI Corvette Club cars doing around 180mph out east from Center Moriches to the Hampton Bays.
I meet up every Sunday 8:30am on Ocean parkway, and I'm still no where near as fast as they are.
Kloogy, watch The Pike Video, thats me driving. The infamous part when my speed limiter kicks in, is classic.

123mph nothern parkway at 3 in the morning! i could off done more but i got stop by a state trooper!! so the fun ended there!! ever since that day 80mph thats it

oh god...i couldnt even begin to imagine what would happen..im pretty sure id have one FURIOUS 
po-po. Id probably be out of a car..in jail..and i know my parents would be really really really really really upset..probably leave me in jail for a few days..pulling a stunt like that..

Outcome is I am thanking god it was a freind of mine and my family in the trooper uniform. So a stern talking to and such. Mind you I am from a small town in Texas and was 18 at the time. Much older and wiser now. But had I not been graced it would have been a ride to jail to be picked up by my parants and most likly loss of the legal right to drive.

A night in Jail, talking to my dad's friend who was processing me at Riverhead, LI. Waiting for my father who literally beat the poop outta me in the office w/ his shoe.

Top speed in the Max so far is 235 kmh (146 mph)but I believe that the speedo reads a lit bit slower than it should at that speed. I figure that I was actually doing about 152 mph , and the car had nothing left to give . I'll try it again in a few months (or sooner ) when that glorius VQ has had a chance to loosen up some more.

my brothers old prelude has seen 150ish mph
my old Passat VR6 with chip/intake/exhaust pushed 145mph
I had the beater 93 altima automatic (that i am driving until i pickup my specV tomorrow) up to 110mph last night.. still pulling but ran outta road
