I need the expertise of you guys
I have a 2000 Max SE with the factory Toyo's still in use. (Yes, that's with 59000 miles) To say the least, I'm looking asap to buy a new set of tires. They are so many different brands and prices, I would like a suggestion for you guys of what tire to buy. The size of the Toyo's are 215/55/16. I will stay with that size. Any help at all will be greatly appreciated.

how much are you looking to spend?
in case you dont get the kind of feedback you were looking for from us you can go to www.tirerack.com and search for tires by size (in the upper right corner of the main page) and they have customer reviews for all of their tires. you can see what people who have experience with each tire have to say about it.

There are a million choices and many of them are good. I like Nittos and Toyos personally. NT450 would be a nice, inexpensive tire for the buck. Or go with the Toyo FZ4.

What about the Kumho Ecsta Supra 712? It seems inexpensive and got pretty good reviews at tirerack. How about the Bridgestone S-03's Pole Position or the Firestone Firehawk SZ50.
I'm looking to spend about $125 or less per tire.

I've thought about that, but am having a hard time finding a place to buy them.

Again, I would go with the Nittos for $85. Nitto, if you did not know, is a sister company of Toyo. You will rarely see a tire shop that carries both Nitto and Toyo because they are owned by the same corporation.
