Looking for advice/input
I've got a 2k1 AE and I want to dress up the exhaust a bit. I am choosing to stick with the stock muffler to keep it somewhat quiet but I am not a big fan of the down facing pipes. I like the look of the SE with that exhaust finisher the surrounds both of them. Courtesy nissan took them off their site. Any ideas of what yall have done to the down facing pipes or maybe something that you have thought of but have not gotten around to. Is there any way to use that finisher of a 2k1 SE on my AE? I appreciate any input. Thanks in advance.
Just go to en exhaust place and have some new tips welded on, or go to a pep boys , or some auto part store , buy some tips, and a muffler shop can weld them on..... You could also buy a 2K2 muffler from any org member that might be selling it...Cattmans rear section looks pretty much like the stock one too....

i love your powertech muffler, and from what i hear its a great muffler and available at a good price off of ebay. ive got a franken/berk intake, y pipe, so if i go with another muffler, it will probably be a 2k2 if there is any difference between the one i have now. supposedly, but never proven, the AE muffler makes 5 more hp than other in 2k1 so i am not sure if its worth changing for the sound. some dont think the five hp is there but ive driven both stock and the AE feels to pull a little more higher up.
