Thule

I just bought a Thule 961 Speedway last week...it will fit both the Max and my wife's Accord...you are going to have problems with any trunk mount if you have a SE, cause of the spoiler. Otherwise, all of the attachment points on the Thule are coated and it rests on some foam/rubber, so as to not scratch the paint. This shows it on a hatch (Avant), but same principle on the Max:

I got the 994 Expressway on mine with a 1 1/4" tow hitch from U-haul. The only drawback that I have noticed about having the tow hitch is that I can't install a body kit (stillen, AE kit, etc.) unless I mod the kit itself. Here's a link for the tow hitch that I have.
