Original Tire warranty/Replacement Program

I have the original 17" potenza RE92 that is worn out unevenly although I did followed the maintenance service that is recommended by Nissan.
I have read from tirerack.com that this original tire should have the thread life of 40K
here is the link:
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/Warran...l=Potenza+RE92

I have less than $300 budget for tires replacement and my car is less than 2 yrs with 32k on it.
Can I get the tires replace under the warranty and how it's works?
I can stay with () potenzas for another year until I have more budget to upgrade to a better tire, but in the mean time I need my tire replace, if I can use the warranty than it'll be helpfull to save the money for another year. any suggestion or comment?

Thanks guys..

They are going to tell you that it all depends on how you drive. the only way to get tires replaced under warranty is if they crack, etc....from my experience anyhow. But 32K is not that short of 40K, so I would be shocked if they did anything for you.

it's still a good deal ... ok, can I get the same price if I get it locally at discount tire shops?

No, they charge you more. Buy them online with the free delivery then just pay for the mounting and balancing at Discount. Call and how much it will be before you order though.

I will try that.. and try to get a quote with discount locally if I purchase the tire at the local discount tire.

free rotate and balancing for life is a well worth $19 investment.

thank you

the discount tire store quote me for $25 per wheel to mount the tire and balance. that's outrageous because it's only $19 different between discounttire direct and the local store per tire.

and overall it's only $20 different.
