Tein Suspension. Everyone please read

wassup guys, i'm a 2k2 max SE owner and i was looking to get TEIN's suspension. however, too bad they don't make it for our cars.

BUT THERES GOOD NEWS ~!!!

i emailed tein, and they said that they are looking to make a set of lowering springs and possibly a set of SS dampers for our car.

but if they do make it, they're wondering if any of us would let them use our car for R&D. i told them about the .org and what not also.

just wondering, if they do make a set, who would be interested in getting it? i do not know anything about price so don't ask. i just emailed tein, and i thought i'd share my feedback with u guys.

check and see if they already have an application for the a33 cefiro.. if so then i'm guessing we can bolt those on.. if anything i would recommend the HA model they have, with the upper pillow ball maounts and all.

tein HA coil overs are around 1300 for preludes and stuff..
a few years back they went for 1500 on the aristo AKA lexus gs300, i'm sure the price dropped a lil.. so look into the mid thousand range since the market for our cars is weak

reply from tein

hey wassup, i just got my email back from tein.

they are located in sol cal, and they are wondering if there are any ORG members who live down there and are willing to volunteer their car for prototyping.

they said they will need about 1-2 days, and the person will recieve a free set of lowering springs, or a whole damper kit.
sounds like it's a great deal to me. too bad i live in NY.

they want me to reply back with a few names and contact # and address, so those who are interested, Email me, or if your comfortable just post it on the forum. aiite??

and yo...i know that all the 2002 max owners didn't read this thread. spread the word.

well i guess thats it.

bye

damper = shocks/struts, aka Tokico, KYB, Monroe.
