Do Philips SilverVision Bulbs Fit Into 2k1 Max?

I'm looking to get SilverVision Bulbs for my turn signals. Just wondering if they fit into the 2k1 HeadLamps. I know Polarg has Visual G series which too look sorta silverish. Just not sure i wanna put out $20/bulb. If SilverVision fits... can someone get me a link for a place that sells them cheap.

Don't worry about the thread - here's the link on how to make your own Silvervisions:

Now I tried to do this with some blue glass 194 bulbs. I used "aluminum cast" 500* high temp paint (light coat as instructed) and let dry. When I plugged them into my city light sockets and turned em on, they got freaking hot, and started to smoke. They had a nasty burnt paint smell to em too. I shut them off, let them cool, and took them out - turns out the paint had started to peel.

I don't know why it worked for all those guys and not me. I figure it probably has something to do with either A)The filament on the 194 bulb is much closer to the glass on the bulb (i.e. more heat) or B) The blue glass absorbs so much light it heats up much more than say amber and thus gets so damn hot.

In any case, good luck.

John
