Friday, my GF and I picked up a new 6 speed SE. We traded in our '99 auto SE. Honestly I'm a Chevrolet guy, but I was very impressed with the '99 and twice over with the new one.
Now for the question, excuse me for being a newbie here as it's probably been posted/asked before but has anyone got any times off of their M6 '02 SE yet? Just wondering how fast they actually are for 1/4 mile times.

 

Most 6 speeds are running mid-to-low 14s, based on conditions and the driver. I think the best time (un-modded) was somewhere around 14.3 (+/-0.1).

 

the best time so far for a stock 6-speed is 14.23

that is actually the best time period for a 2k2 as far as i know. not even slightly modded 6-speeds have gotten that low yet.

Well Golly Gee Willickers Batman...

I guess we'll have to hit the tracks a few times to she what she'll do, because I am sure that she's able to go faster... but the question is finding what we can "tune" to get an extra 0.24 out of her to get her into the 13s.

 

every car is different, and especially with 6 speed...it also heavily heavily depends on the drivers..
