i know the dealer doesn't use synth oil...so do i just buy my own and bring it in...and no i can't do it myself...i can't even change a tire...thats what AAA road side is for....

anyone know how much they charge if i bring in my own oil?

 

You should really call them or any of the oil changing places for that matter. You will likely find a few that will either have the synthetic you want or will let you supply your own. It will more likely not be that much cheaper than a regular oil change but you'll at least use what you want.

 

When you drop the car off at the dealer, tell them you'd like an oil change, AND that you brought the oil with you that you'd like to use. The same can be done with the filter if you'd prefer something other than a Nissan one. Or as suggested before, call a few oil change places (Valvoline, Pennzoil, etc...) or find a local mechanic or garage that does oil changes for like $12.
