That metal Flap thingy that lets the gas nozzel in

You know??

That Metal flap that keeps debris from getting into the gas tank. Well, I think mine fell in...

Its missing so I hope it doesn't clogg up the fuel line.

Anyone else with this experience?

Man, that sucks. What you could do is drive your car until it gets near empty. Maybe then you could remove your fuel pump (which is found under your rear seats), and try to hand-fish it out if it did dropped to the bottom of the tank. If not, it could be still stuck somewhere in the filler tube. Good luck.

they don't have a metal flap thingy to begin with.

Older cars had them though. But my 99 Max doesn't have one, nor did my 2001 Accord V6. I'm pretty sure my old 90 Camry did though. Not sure when they stopped putting these in the cars.
