Melteye's Maxima Problem: Update

Ok... I posted a thread a while ago with this video:

http://www.melteye.com/VIAS.MOV

I was trying to determine the problem (rpms drop around 4400rpm in the video then start climbing again). People said it might be the TCM or the tranny slipping but didn't make sense because it only happened at exactly that RPM, I also said it only occured when I accelerated from a stop... Well heres the news.

Note: I have an auto.

I am in 2nd going 60 and once the speedo reaches 80 I switch to 3rd. A few seconds later of rpm climbing the drop of rpms occur as well as engine noise lowering a tone then rising again... I thought this ONLY occured when accelerating from a stop but this is untrue, If I floor it from a stop and manually shift it lags at 4400rpm. If I am on the freeway coasting and shift down to 2nd and up to 3rd it lags around 5000rpm... Meaning its the tranny slipping I think...
