Is it possible to put the front lip from stillen on a 2002?

For some reason I been hearing the Front fog light holes are larger in their opening and in that reason is why you cannot.

not possible..the bottom of the bumper isnt the same.

The hole in the lower bumper os wider. Take a look at pics in the forum of the 2k vs 2k2 the spaces are wider. Goes all the way to the larger fog lights.
