Hey Hey,

Need to know something ...

Does a K&N Drop In Filter Exist for the 5th Gen?????

- I've asked but my local shops say no!

Other than the STILLEN FSTB, which other brands can I get????

1) They exist; I have one.

2) I don't know about different brands of FSTB. I know you can fit the Courtesy FSTB with modifications under the hood. I've done that. Personally, I would go with the Stealin version. It fits perfectly and looks great.

1. yup, i have one also. it's the same as the one used for the 4th gen. p/n: 33-2031-2
2. the streetbeat will fit. ive done it. in fact its the exact same bar from courtesey. theyre both manufactured by vibrant and will require modification to your driver's side strut tower.

Check this online retailer for a K & N drop-in filter:
http://www.performanceproducts.com/

Choose 2000 Nissan, then "Maxima".

Actually I think the part number for the 4th gen is 33-2031-1. 5th gen p/n is correct. It includes spacers to line it up in the airbox. It's the same filter as the 4th gen though. When I got mine from Courtesy, they sent me the wrong one, but K & N sent me the spacers for free.
