Raced a cl type s last night...

I dont think either of us planned on racing we just both accelerated really fast, realized we were racing and then punched it... He had rims, shaved trunk, lowered, and some sort of exhaust work... probably headers or intake. We only took it up to like 60 and his rear bumper was at my front.. Those bad boys pull at the higher rpms...

that is all..

dood! That is great that you hung like that. You have that box and everything in an older car. With his work he should have smoked you. Good job hangin. That is impressive to me. Imagine if you had a blower though..... He would have gone home and looked for this board to find out your secrets..... ha ha.

Been there, done that. Like Kloogy said, time for a 2K2 Max. No reason to waste the 350Z's gas on an Acura unless you see a 2-seater one marked 'N-S'X'

Josh at the Austin meet was 100% sure that Nismo will make an SC for the 350Z. 350Z with SC... oohhh yeah!! I'd like to see it take on the Honda S2000 with SC.

I ordered my 350Z a couple of months ago and ever since, Stillen and Nissan have been sending me lots o' crap on performance parts. An SC would be very entertaining. I'll have to think about that

i got...

a 350z to do 11.12 sec 1/4 mile.... in gt3 of course...
its got like 560 hp. Torque? Can't tell cause gt3 has a glitch displaying the torque number correctly... but i estimate it to be at least 530 to 540ish ft-lbs...

Maybe if smaller rims can be installed it would have helped lower the times... but the 350z prototype in gt3 doesn't allow you to change rims period... according to real life specs, the 350z prototype runs on either 19s or 20s...

The engine is so sweet at 7000 rpm. By the way, its only NA tuning, no turbo....darn...

I'm not that much of a tuning junkie so i probably don't have it tuned to its max potential...

At least I have a Nismo Skyline 400R runing 9.9s and 10.0s...

From 80's roll I had him

i did read about it though...but haven't tried it...

i got 8.76 sec 1/4 mile with the f-090/s. I usually race with manual... its more work, i know but you could redline most cars to optimum performance better with manual...but you probably knew that.
