That is what I am saying, the photo you are waiting for is fake. I will start a post that I turbo'd my 2003 SE/TE 6-speed and put in an AWD system and it looks and drives great. Man I wish Everyone can see it. I will get my camera out tonight and take shots of it. Wow, this 600HP AWD maxima is great.

we never said we didn't believe you. we just wanted to see some proof with the pics. i mean your mod sounds really sweet... but that's exactly what it is, "sounds" good as opposed to "looks" good. everyone needs that visual proof. you should know by now if you've been reading the forums for awhile that people, including me, need and demand pics. i'm not calling you a liar or anything, but there have been people who bring a load of BS here. you posted 2 days ago, and we never heard anything from you until now. how are we supposed to know you didn't have a chance to post anything? in conclusion, we're still waiting for the pics, the sooner the better!

He'll pick and choose whom to send the Photoshop, oh I mean REAL pics to. Sure they're real, just like all the chests here in Los Angeles, just like the talent in today's NBA Draft, just like the cheese at Taco Bell.

I was just thinking that its not possible to paint the chrome housing w/o priming it thereby ruining the chrome. also, what paint would he use to withstand such extreme temperatures (baking in the sun to freezing in the snow) besides, the HID's get pretty hot.

I don't think HID get hot or that hot. Don't they claim that it only runs on 35 watts so they don't get hot? As for painting over the chrome, you have to use automotive paint, like the ones that go on the car. To withstand UV better of course. I'm thinking of painting mine Sterling mist to match the car... oh and I'll post pics of that and when I add Dual beam HIDs too when that's done. I haven't even started that yet.

You can't paint over the chrome becuase if you do the light will not reflect. He probably painted everything black except for the "chrome" (mirrored) reflectors.

Yea, that's what I meant, of course you shouldn't paint the reflective surface. Or what's there to reflect? Just the front surface that just scatter light. But then scattered light might be good to shine areas to the sides, and any other direction...

I like

Without a doubt this is one of the funniest threads i've been reading. The anticipation is great, if only the a33 wasn't so sensitive, and knew how to take a joke.
We all believe you ( ), don't need proof, but just would like to see how it looks, so we can admire it together. Sending pics just to the selected few, would be really mean and unacceptable.
On the other hand, I'd be flattered and happy if I got this much attention, so i'm keeping my eyes open:
