Cool...not the color I'd go for, but I like the rim. Looks good on your car. Are those 18"?? If so, are they still pretty light? OH, and one last question...how much?! (ballpark)

I think the Modena 360 is faster!?!?! Well, the civic in there is also a fast car. I took those pix when he had that engine, now he's got a prelude engine in it. As far as the CL and the SC; the SC is a bit fater but anyone would chose CL over the SC. Then maybe slam some Brabus on the CL

Jumpin jesus on a pogo stick! That's some filthy cash my friend! I've been eyeing some volks for quite some time now...looks like I'm going have to save up a BIT longer....or get some cheaper wheel.
Hey, you got wheel locks on those?

BTW- How does one keep rims like that from getting stolen? (I know there is no fail-safe way...if they want em bad enough, they'll take the whole car) but do gorilla locks really work?

That sounds pretty good to me...if I have $2400 sitting out in the open for all to see, it'd make me a tad nervous. Insurance cover aftermarket rims/tires?

No flame here- to each their own.

What kind of 20" chrome rim/tire combo could you get for $2000? Maybe some generic sh*t. I wouldn't really put gold rims on a beige car, but then again I would get a beige car to begin with. Still, Volk rims are tight! and it doesn't look that bad.

Oh EBay of course. That's BS...there is no way you're gonna get tight 20" chrome rims with tires for $2000. No ifs ands or buts. Maybe if they're used or stolen or if they're some gayass brand. Yes, brand matters.

Youre right. You can get some Cheesey brand that weighs 65 LBS per wheel. I see them here in Ads all the time. Wheels and tires for $2K . Nothing I would ADORNE my car with ! I like the Volks, but that color is not me.... 19"s just around the corner ....

You guys must be his butt buddies those rims are ugly and 2400 is a ripp off. And so what if they are volks - racing light wheels on a four door heavy maxima.

Just the reason not to get a heavy set of rims. Rolling weight makes a HUGE difference in acceleration. Oh, and the Max is relatively light compared with most 4-door sedans.

There are people out there that'll think I got ripped off; but I know I didn't. These rims are a set of Volks. And the GT-N 18s are so rare and so hard to get in the states. You can go around and start asking people and all they have is 17s. Brand matters, I'd rather spend more on a quality made wheel than some generic wheel. I am not saying those generic wheels are bad, they get the job done, it's just that a known brand brings status and a sense of security.

just because you dont like how they look doesnt mean they're a rip off. volks are the best wheels you can buy. he didnt get ripped off. Pablo (jhans114) has those same rims in gun metal on his 2001 maxima. they look absolutely amazing. i will be getting my gun metal Volk LE37Ks next week hopefully. i didnt pay 2400 but then again mine didnt come with tires.

Wheels I have been through:
Konig Octain (old car)- crappy finish
ADR X-Factor- CRACKED- warranty would not cover
Maxxim Rumors: Had to remachine and re-clearcoat

Wheels that I am getting TODAY:
RH Evo C5

I have learned my lesson with cheap wheels. This time I found the wheels I liked THEN I asked what the price was.

Ooooh Momo Quasar's......I had the first set of Chrome Quasars on my '91 Integra back in the day (that's what the technician said)...15x7...they were sweet back in it's day but seem like tiny lifesavers compared to the 24" dubs available on SUV's now.
Sorry guys...just reminiscing...

very nice! My car is exactly like yours, except mine is 5 spd. What kind of exhaust tip you have? Did you have to redo the alignment with Ebiach Pro Kit? I might lower mine in the future.

I got the tips from Tustin Nissan; and yes I had a redo for my alignment.

A couple of questions:

1) where did you get the aftermarket spoiler? Was installation difficult?

2) What level tint is that (35%?? 20%??)

The wheels look great. SunlitSand might be the only color that they would look way-cool on.

limo black for the 3 pieces in the back, the front I had 20%
