HEY! Back on topic!

I'm looking to get 19's eventually too. So what do people who have actually had 19's on their 5th gen Maximas think, and what width?

7.5(widest width that was available) and not sure of offset. on smooth roads no diff in ride. on harsh roads kinda rough sometimes. depending on which tire ride can be noisy. also you lose the carefree factor because a pothole or debris can bring an end to a good day.

7.5?!?! Do they come out flush with the body or are they still recessed in the wheel well? Did you use spacers?

Mine are flush on the front and could come out at least 10mm on the back, so its safe to say 7.5 dont sit flush unless they are some weird offset like 25 or 30 mm.

I will be getting 19 X 7.5 . The problem is that if you want a lightweight 19 inch wheel, the choices are minimal.

I know exactly what you mean kloogy!! I've been searching for some lightweight 19"s for some time now! I'm looking for some 19x8.5's ....but not sure which offset..35 or 40...

You could probably get away with both but if your lowered i would go with the 40 to be on the safe side. I like the fact we have such a decent wheel width and offset allowance on the max.

I will be eventually lowering my car, so I will probably go with the 40 offset...still considering my options. Thanks!
