Rusting Paint Chip, covered by warranty??

I just noticed a very small paint chip on my back passenger quarterpanel that has rust on it. It is very small, like the size of a pen tip, but aggrevating. Should this spot be covered by the corrosion warranty? I have 31k miles on my car.

Thanks

a friend of mine had the same situation with his accord....got it done under warranty but all they did was just applying some anti-rust chemical and then touch it up.....

We have crappy Nissan paint to thank. I just touch them up with paint. I only have 10.5K miles on my car and I am seeing the same problem.
