Need tech help

Are the posts that are on the tires under warranty? If I am making this unclear it is the part that the lug nut screws onto. Is that under warranty.

The wheel studs should be under warranty as would anything, except maybe the tires themselves, unless you broke one off changing the tire. They might have something to say about that.
