once I opened the paypal dispute he apologized with a story that he was out of town within a day - that email got through

he issued a full refund

 

you are right! i was not ready to ship, i was in and out of town... and i totally dropped the ball on you... again i am sorry to have done that but i did refund your money... no harm to foul. As the others say, i have been going mad with my company... and have had no time for my car or anything else for that matter...but I have sold stuff here before and i do ship it out...i just dropped the ball on you and for that i apoligize.....

Listen, pls dont continue to smear, i was in and out of town... and sh*t happens, people have bought my rims, spoiler, stillen lip and other little odds and ends, they have all gotten your stuff ... I did get your paypal email, but this site is not linked to my regular email, so i didnt check...I DROPPED THE BALL, doesnt mean I am a bas sellers or a theif for that matter...

Dude if you want the grounding kit i will give it to you for free....i dont care about the $32 bucks.
