Question about the y-pipe if it's still available: Does it come with the cattman catalytic converter, and if not, will I still pass California emissions with just the y-pipe?

I have the cat-less y-pipe.
It depends what kind of testing they do. If they just hook up a computer to your OBDII, then you'll be fine because this does NOT trigger a CEL. BUT, if they actually do a visual inspection or a tail-sniffer, then it may fail.
BUT, we are talking about a "family sedan" here, so I doubt that they would give you a hard time
Oh, and yes, it is still available.

would you take 300 for it shipped to 92122? If that's too low, I'll do 300 plus the shipping, whatever that is...but I won't be able to do the transaction for another week (September 8th is when I'll be back in San Diego to do the deal.)

I just got an e-mail back from Joe at Racingline and his y-pipe will be out in another week for more my price range (300 was my max really), so thanks for talking back and forth with me about that cattman part. Good luck with the sale! BUMP for great items!!
