Open Air systems work well in our cars, you save weight and space over a box by replacing the stock (open air) subs that came in our cars. You will need an amp as well. The stock amp won't make these kick.

I managed to blow one of them so I am selling the good one. I may eventually get the bad one fixed and sell it too. These are not cheap subs and previously I couldn't find them for under $150 each.
